As we state repeatedly on our web site, “Customer Satisfaction Is Our Number One Priority”. We have a very selfish reason for making this the key to how we run our business; we want your repeat business. We want to totally satisfy you with the quality and value of our suits. In addition to the pride we have in our suits, we also take pride in our excellent customer service. We feel that if we can totally satisfy your needs, we will have earned your trust and that you will wish to receive the same value when you purchase additional products.

Note that all of our suits are made to standard sizes, they are made with the custom options chosen by you, but they are made to a standard suit size. Any of the Suits/Trousers/Vests we make have extra fabric tailored in them in case you need to have them altered locally to give them a better fit.

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your suit, and it has never been worn or altered in any way, you can return it for a refund less our shipping costs. The new suit must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt to qualify.

Our FedEx costs vary depending on location. To ship to Asia and North America the cost is $100 a suit and $40 for a pair or Trousers or a Vest. The cost to ship to Europe is $125 a suit and $50 for a pair of Trousers or a Vest. These figures represent our actual costs and reflect the discounted rate we have received from our carriers.

Any items to be returned must be postmarked from your location within 30 days of receipt and be in "New" condition and suitable for re-sale, we reserve the right to deduct damages on any items returned that are not suitable for re-sale. Before you return an item please contact us and we will provide you with Return Shipping Instructions, these instructions will explain how your shipment needs to be sent to in order to clear Thai Customs.
